When coming
death and a falling future begin to barricade two teen girls, souls depend on
their ability to find strength that lasts even though they've never met.
~
Jessica is dying. Maelyn is loosing her college future, job, and little
brother. They never met.
Jessica vacations at a lake with her family. Maelyn fights for what she
loves. They are 350 miles away.
Both have strength. One fakes it to hide her weakness. The other
fantasizes her strength only to learn she's truly weak.
Two different people chip away at what Jessica and Maelyn cling to most.
One person connects the lives.

What Beta-readers are saying about Brick Walls:
"I
loved watching this story unfold! It was amazing to be there with these
characters through their journey of faith, and finding out just what God had in
store for them." ~ Adrianna Kay
~
"With
all the stories and news, I felt that I needed to be strong and inspirational,
or somehow I was ‘bad’ at being sick. I only know God has the control, but
other than that, I know nothing, I have nothing, and I’m a big mess. People
don’t care as much about that. They’d rather I just be strong. I assume it’s
because compassion hurts more when I’m needy and weak. I was determined to keep
others from that hurt and disappointment."~ Jessica, "Brick
Walls"
